Folios 409-410: Thomas Twysden, HMS Pylades, Leith Roads. Covering letter for an application from his first lieutenant, John Walker, for leave of absence for several weeks to attend to private concerns, and also on account of ill health. Admiralty note on rear mentions Lt Robert Kerr, currently on the Prince George.
Folios 411-412: enclosure with folios 409-410: Lt Walker's letter, dated 29 October 1794, asking for a few weeks ashore for private reasons and for his health.
