Folios 271-272: William Taylor, HMS La Prompte, at the Nore.
Acknowledging receipt of their Lordships' order to proceed to Flushing, there to follow the instructions of Rear Admiral Harvey. This day he has received orders from Admiral Dalymple to take 7 victuallers, 2 transports of troops, and 2 ordnance vessels under convoy to Helvoetslays, on his way to Flushing, which he proposes to do without loss of time.
