Folios 282-283: Mr Thomas Tyson late Carpenter on HMS Philomel, having acted as Carpenter on HMS Bacchante from the 10 June 1814 per the order of the Honourable Rear Admiral Charles Elphinstone Fleeming without a Warrant. Request he be given a Warrant for HMS Bacchante.
Folio 284: enclosure with folios 282-283. Letter dated 8 June 1814 by Honourable Charles Elphinstone Fleeming Rear Admiral, HMS San Juan, Mr John Hewlett, Carpenter on HMS Bacchante having been Invalided. Mt Thomas Tyson of HMS Philomel is required and directed to board HMS Bacchante as Carpenter.
