Folios 249-250: Timothy Scriven, HMS Telegraph, Plymouth. Request for a Dispensing Order in consequence of Mr Edward Mare, Purser on HMS Telegraph being left behind at Bermuda Deranged and having destroyed many papers relative to his accounts, as stated in the letter and Certificate sent on the 4 April 1815.
Folios 251-252: enclosure with folios 249-250. Letter dated 19 June 1815 by Robert Brine, No 3 Cliffords Inn. In reply to your letter dated 19 May 1815 addressed to Captain Timothy Scriven of HMS Telegraph relating to his accounts and the dates which the Purser accounts needed a dispersment Certificate for the period 6 December 1813 to 5 December 1814.
