Description

Folios 204-205: George Sayer, HMS Leda, Point de Galle [Sri Lanka]. (Received 5 June 1815). On arrival yesterday with the homeward bound Indiamen from Bengal, as per the orders of the late Commander in Chief, Admiral Sir Samuel Hood. On learning of the Admirals death, he ordered the substitution of HMS Malacca for HMS Leda.

Folios 206-209: enclosure with folios 204-205. Letter/Report from Admiral Sir George Keith Elphinstone on Macao dated 23 November 1814.

Folios 210-211: enclosure with folios 204-205. Proposal submitted to two Officers of the Government appointed by the Vicroy of Canton by Sir George Keith Elphinstone on 19 November 1814.
