Folios 202-203: William Simpson, HMS Princess, Liverpool. Reply to letter dated 27 June 1815 in the case of Henry Brown. He was impressed by Lieutenant Noble on the 28 May 1815 as an Able Seaman aged 22.
Folios 204-205: enclosure with folios 202-203. Memorial from Isaac Brown, father of Henry Brown, Mate on the Elizabeth trading from Liverpool to the West Indies and requesting his discharge and witnessed by 13 others.
