Description

Folios 161-162: William Sargent, HMS Cordelia, Spithead. Having received on board the noblemen:- Monseigneur Le General due d'Arumond, Le Major de la Berthie 1st Aides-de-Camp, Captain Ernest d'Ercligniae? 2nd Aides-de-Camp, Le Chiruqien Major Chief Surgeon. Monseigneur Faulque Officer, Madame de Rochelle and her servant Jenny Filbert and Joseph Soupplet and Victor Fauch, Servants, onto HMS Cordelia on the 18 June 1815 and landed them at Jersey on the 21 June 1815 by order of Sir Edward Thornbrough KCB. Request remuneration as per orders 25 September 1813.

Folios 163-164: enclosure with folios 161-162. Copy of order dated 18 June 1815 from Sir Edward Thornbrough KCB signed on HMS Prince at Spithead. [List of people as above].
