The UK Infrastructure Bank (UKIB) is an executive non-departmental public body sponsored and owned by HM Treasury. The National Wealth Fund provides investments in line with government policy with the aim of solving financial problems. It has a strategy for private sector investments and a strategy for local authority lending and financial advising.
In October 2024 UKIB was renamed the National Wealth Fund.
