Folios 137-138. Letter from Mr Heron to Sir Stanier Porten seeking instructions on how to dispose of the master (John Osborne) and Chief Mate (Thomas Price) of an American vessel brought into Kinsale port. Heron at the same time reminds Porten of Lord Harcourt's letter of 12 December 1776 concerning the six American prisoners brought into Dundalk, to which no response appears to have been received, together with details of the costs incurred for the subsistence of the prisoners. Dated at Dublin Castle.
