Folios 248-249: George Rose Sartorius, Plymouth Dock, St Aubyn's Street 17. When in command of HMS Avon he applied for a Court Martial to be held on a seaman for mutiny and desertion when the boat was in charge of the Master. Asks whether he must remain in the port as Admiral William Domett has indicated tht there may be a delay.
