Description

Folios 209-210: James Pattison Stewart, HMS Amphion, Portsmouth Harbour.

Reports that Mr Wheatley Byass, a Midshipman, reported to the ship after 2 1/2 years in a French prison. He was previously on board HMS Challenger.
