Folios 240-241: Marsh and Creed, Norfolk Street, on behalf of Matthew Smith, HMS Comus. Covering letter with two orders from Vice Admiral George Martin [Inc.] Requesting remuneration for the passage of Mr Croft and Monsieur de Souza from Lisbon to England.
Folios 242-243: enclosure with folios 240-241. Orders from Vice Admiral George Martin on HMS Wellington Tender dated 5 September 1813. Sir Charles Stuart KB, His Majesty's Minster at Lisbon requests passage for Monsieur de Souza attached to the Portugese Embassy, to England.
