Folio 213: William Henry Shirreff, HMS Barrosa, in the Chesapeake [Bay?]. Covering letter for the punishment return, 1 January to 1 April 1813 [Inc.] and an account of Officers [Not Inc.] serving for the same period. Also a Punishment return [Inc.] for the 1 April to 1 July 1813 and return of Officers [Not Inc.] for the same period.

Folio 214: enclosure to folio 213. William Henry Shirreff, HMS Barrosa, at Sea. Covering letter for the Return of Officers [Not Inc.] and punishment [Inc.] return, 1 July to 1 October 1813 and from 1 October 1813 to 1 January 1814.
