'Painting in oil colours of a child seated on a bank - she is dressed in Empire dress & holds a primrose in her left hand - the right hand rests in lap & on this arm is a white mitten up to elbow. She has a mob cap on, hair on shoulders & looks straight at spectator. Entitled " A Primrose" (copy annexed)'.
