Folios 111-112: William Isaac Scott, HMS Freya, Hamoaze. Advising that the Chevalier de Songeon, adjutant commander of the French army at St Sebastian, embarked on the Freya off Passages on 11 September, for passage to England. He has been treated with the respect due to his rank, according to the orders of Sir George R Collier, a copy of which he encloses. Asks that he may be paid the due allowance.
Folio 113: enclosure with folios 111-112. Order from Captain G. R Collier dated 11 September 1813 at Passages, that Scott should take the chevalier aboard his frigate.
