Folios 100-101: James Keith Shepard, 1, Surry St, Strand. In response to Admiralty request of 22 September, encloses a list of men whose wages were applied for by Mr George Judmore during the period 1 January to 20 August 1813.
Folios 102-103: enclosure with folios 100-101. List of c. 140 names drawn up at the Jamaica Coffee House, on 24 September 1813.
