Folios 110-111. Letter from [the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland the Earl of] Buckingham to Viscount Weymouth enclosing a draft letter approving payment to Lieutenant-Colonel [Charles] Vallancey who is carrying out a [cartographical] survey of Ireland. He is to be allowed a subaltern engineer to assist him, and £400 plus 15s per day expenses should be paid to him. Dated at Dublin Castle.
