Copy of a letter [from Viscount Weymouth] to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland [the Earl of Buckingham] advising of orders to send replacement clothing for the forces in Canada in early Spring to cover for that not delivered. Additional cost to regimental colonels will be met by the public. Dated at St James's.
