Regarding the receipt of orders to hold HMS Cossack and trade at Falmouth bound for the coast of Portugal, Spain and into the Mediterranean ready to join the convoy under HMS Pembroke, called out by HMS Anacreon. Also confirming receipt of Mr Barrow's letter ordering Mr Aniz, Secretary to the Spanish Ambassador, a passage in the Man of War taking this week's mail to Cadiz.
