Folios 377-378: James Slade, HMS Experiment, Falmouth. Regarding Nicholas Tresidder, impressed from the Arabella Packet and the regulation regarding Packet-Boat seamen.
Folios 379-380: enclosure with folios 377-378. Letter dated 7 August 1813 by James Porteous, Packet Service Falmouth, to the Admiralty. Requesting the release of the impressed Nicholas Tressider for his Packet duties. HMS Experiment and Captain Slade also mentioned.
Folio 381: enclosure with folios 377-378. Letter dated 31 July 1813 by James Porteous, Commander of the Packet Ship Lady Arabella. Nicholas Tressider's Protection Order regarding his work for HM Postmaster-General within the Packet Service. This also contains his description.
