Description

Folios 326-327: James Slade, HMS Experiment, Falmouth. Appealing for a stop to proceedings against, and the release of, John Pearce and William Owl from prison.

Folio 328: enclosure with folios 326-327. Charles Bicknell, to the Admiralty. Reporting on their court proceedings and suggesting John Pearce and William Owl make a public apology in a newspaper in Cornwall and they be pardoned.
