Folios 291-292: Francis Stanfell, HMS Cossack, Plymouth Sound. Regarding their arrival as ordered by Commodore Evans, Bermuda and their readiness for service.
Folios 293-294: enclosure with folios 291-292. Letter dated 9 July 1813 by Andrew Fitzherbert Evans, Commodore, HMS Ruby, Grassy Bay Bermuda, to Francis Stanfell of HMS Cossack. Order to take invalids from HMS Ruby or the Naval Hospital to England and secure the mail regarding the mercantile interest of Jamaica and transport it to the first port possible in the British Channel for onward transmission to the General Post Office in London. Vice Admiral Stirling also mentioned.
