Folios 242-243: James Keith Shepard, Gravesend. Description and regarding Jonas Swanberg who is in the service of the Northern States of America and on board HMS El Corso. He was impressed by Lieutenant John Petley off Gravesend while on way to join Brig Cambrian in Margate Creek. Also description and regarding Christian Sw[isson?] impressed by Lieutenant Petley after landing from the [Phansia?] and sent to the Nore. Both may be natives of Sweden. Jarvis is also mentioned.
