Folios 229-230: enclosure with folios 227-228. John Forward, supported by sworn testimonies from John Batton and Robert Hicks, being master of the Pilchard Sean of Looe, Lansallos Cornwall, 16 July 1813, to the Admiralty. Appeal for the release of William Forward, a fisherman impressed and currently on board HMS Mutine and due to sail for Newfoundland. Richard Buller, JP for the County of Cornwall also mentioned.
