Folio 222: enclosure with folios 220-221. Henry Hodges, Rector of Beckley, signed by Thomas W Kee[vies?] and Samuel Sel[ines?] Churchwardens, 18 July 1813. Document certifying that John Dennis was baptised the son of Elizabeth and John Dennis and the date.
Folio 223: enclosure with folios 220-221. Thomas Breeds, Hastings, 19 July 1813, to the Admiralty. Requesting the discharge of John Dennis following his impress from the Brig the William at Swansea and enclosing his Indenture of Protection. The Prince Frederic at Plymouth and HMS Salvador also mentioned.
Folios 224-225: enclosure with folios 220-221. 13 Aug 1810. Signed Indenture of Protection for John Dennis apprenticed to Thomas Breeds of Hastings.
