Folios 199-200: James Slade, HMS Experiment, Falmouth. Regarding correspondence from Mr Rowett, relating to an impressed man named Stephen George. Description and mention of John Wilcock, William Forward and John Jeffery who were impressed by Lieutenant [Lame/Carne?] from the Palperro and have since been discharged onto HMS Mutine. After impressment John Wilcock was claimed to be an apprentice but with an indenture showing the name of Stephen George.
Folios 201-202: enclosure with folios 199-200. Letter dated 13 July 1813 by Captain [Thomas?] Rowett, Polperro, 18 Liskeard Cornwall, to the Admiralty. Regarding the impressment of his apprentice, Stephen George, under Captain Slade of Falmouth's instructions. Requesting his discharge from HMS Mutine at Falmouth suggesting he took on the name of the ship's master when impressed from the boat he was fishing on at the time. Captain (Nevinson) De Courcy is also mentioned.
