Folios 182-183: Peter Spicer, Swansea. Description and regarding William Rowe who was impressed onshore by Lieutenant Notter.
Folios 184-186: Enclosure with folios 182-183: Thomas Lambert (Master of Sloop Barbara of Wexford), Swansea Arms, 10 July 1813, to the Admiralty. Requesting the release of his Ship's mate William Rowe, impressed while on his ship's duty. William Rowe's Protection order from the Port of Wexford is also enclosed.
