Folios 120-121: James Pattison Stewart, HMS Amphion, off Harwich. Regarding the delay of the expedition caused by the the East Indiaman Baring and the Harrison being unable to get out of Harwich Harbour. 5 transport ships are out including 3 with troops, a store ship and a Rocket Brig. Major General Gibbs also mentioned.

Folio 123: enclosure with folios 120-121. Letter dated 6 July 1813 by James Fuller Agent for Transports, to Captain Stewart HMS Amphion. Explaining that they have tried to get the transports out under HMS Amphion's protection but have been prevented because the pilots will not take charge of the East Indiaman Baring or the Harrison. Captain Farquhar and HMS Desiree were also mentioned.
