Letter from 1st Earl Harcourt to Lord Viscount Weymouth regarding two companies vacant in the 19th Regiment of Foot due to the promotions of Captain William Hatsell and Captain Robert Menzies. Harcourt proposes the following successions: Captain Lieutenant John Smith of the 19th Foot to be captain in the place of Hatsell; Lieutenant John Sleerret to be captain lieutenant; Ensign John Balneaves to be lieutenant; Mr Masterson to be ensign; Lieutenant Henry Bowyer of the 68th Regiment of Foot and relation of Harcourt's, to be appointed captain in the 19th Regiment in the place of Menzies. Dated at Dublin Castle.
