Folios 124-125. Letter from 1st Earl Harcourt to Lord Viscount Weymouth referring to his letter of 5 March recommending Lieutenant William Farquhar of the 56th Regiment of Foot on the British Establishment to be appointed a Captain in the 20th Regiment of Foot in Ireland in the place of Major John McDonnell upon his promotion to a majority in Colonel Frazer's new corps. Such appointment having been delayed and the 20th Regiment now being removed to America, Harcourt requests Weymouth to take such steps as necessary to now effect that appointment. Dated at Dublin Castle.
