Folios 30-31. Letter from 1st Earl Harcourt to Lord Viscount Weymouth regarding the latter's letter of 7 May 1776 enclosing an extract of a letter to him from Consul Hardy at Cadiz with intelligence of the arrival of some ships at that port from Cork loaded with provisions none of which had been cleared out for Cadiz. Harcourt sets out the enquiries he is making in this regard. Dated at Dublin Castle.
