Defendants: William Leeke son and heir and executor of the will of Luke Leake of Howton next Newark.
Subject: to recover money paid to the defendant which by the terms of an award should have been paid to one Edward Mannestye (son in law of the said Luke) who has commenced suit at the common law against the plaintiff for the money.
