Defendants: William Frenche, executor of the will of Thomas Annott of Lowestoft, Stephen Burrell and Elizabeth Burrell his wife.
Subject: title to a tenement called Gages in Gisleham (held of the manor of Mutford) devised by the will of the said Annot to the plaintiffs, for the maintenance of a grammar school in Woodbridge.
