Plaintiffs: Thomas Saunders and Anne Saunders his wife, late the wife of John Whyte, deceased.
Defendants: Harry Harwood, Thomas Younge, John Owen, Thomas Warren, James Broker.
Subject: title to certain tenements in Dover and Haugham sometime of Thomas Bryan, late of Barton on Humber, deceased; care remitted to the Court of the Lord Warden of the Cinque Ports at Dover [the subject of a suit brought by the said Anne in the lifetime of the said John Whyte and discontinued by the death of the said John and the death of the late Queen Mary].
