Folios 38-39: J. P. Stewart, Old Hummurns, Covent Garden. In compliance with the orders contained in a letter dated 14 December 1812 he attended the Marine Barracks at Chatham to give evidence at the trial of Lieutenant McNamara until yesterday the 30th. Request for his expenses.
