Description

Expenditionary Force Expenditure: Enquires if the cost of rations supplied to Colonial native troops is borne by the respective colonies, suggests a method of computation and allocation, requests telephonic reply, copies of the letter have been sent to Gambia, Sierra Leone, Gold Coast and Nigeria.
