Captured ship: Stockfish (master Hendrick Stum or Stusem).
History: a Swedish merchant ship (60 tons) bound from Stockholm to Bristol, laden with pitch, tar, copper wire, and boards; taken on 19/29 June 1691 off Dover by an unnamed Dutch warship, and brought into the Downs.

Court Papers numbered CP 1-CP 4a:
- [CP 1]: two examinations;
- [CP 2]: certificate as to the ship's voyage issued at Bristol;
- [CP 3]: abstracts and translations of the ship's papers [all returned];
- [CP 4-CP 4a]: dockets for the ship's papers, with a brief note.
[Decision: ship and cargo restored, 9 July 1691].
