Captured ship: Stadt Windau (master Harman Mow).
History: a Courland merchant ship (40 tons) bound from St Martin to Windau [Ventspils], laden with salt, wine, and brandy; taken on 27 July / 6 August 1689 off Plymouth by the Dutch privateer Grijp (Jan Laurents commanding), and brought into Plymouth.
