Folios 314-315: Note:- Desire Lord William Stewart, HMS Conquestador, to state wherein any share of blame appears to attach to Mr Daniel? Baird, late Midshipman of HMS Conquestador and taken in her boat in December last for his wounding on that occasion, or upon his character and general Conduct.
