Folios 305-306: Peter Spicer, Regulating Officer, Swansea. Reply to letter dated 19 October 1812 in the case of William Berriman who was impressed by Lieutenant Shewen? from the vessel Fox on the 16 October 1812. His papers looking irregular and incorrectly stamped and signed. Has every reason to suspect that he is not the Bona Fide Mate.
Folios 307-308: enclosure with folios 305-306. Letter dated 16 October 1812 from Joseph T Price about the impressment of William Borriman [Berriman] and the reasons his paperwork was not in order,
Folios 309-310: enclosure with folios 305-306. Protection Certificate dated 19 August 1812 for William Berriman, Chief Mate of the vessel Fox. Declared by Richard Berriman, Master of the Fox and signed by James Halse, Justice of the Peace in Saint Ives on the 19 August 1812.
