Reply to letter dated 19 October 1812 in the case of William Berriman who was impressed by Lieutenant Shewen? from the vessel Fox on the 16 October 1812. His papers looking irregular and incorrectly stamped and signed. Has every reason to suspect that he is not the Bona Fide Mate.
