Folios 283-284: Peter Spicer, Regulating Officer, Swansea. Reply to letter dated 16 October 1812. Was Thomas Harry on HMS Royal William, was or was not bona fide Master of the William and Mary from which he was impressed. He was impressed by Lieutenant William Turner of the Ann Tender at Bridgwater. He had no knowledge so has asked for a statement from Lieutenant Turner.
Folios 285-286: enclosure with folios 283-284. Letter from Thomas Harry, HMS Royal William, Spithead dated 12 October 1812. Stating that he was impressed from the William and Mary and that the vessel can not be unloaded in Bridgwater without the Master present.
Folios 287-288: enclosure with folios 283-284. Statement dated 18 October 1812 from Lieutenant William Turner of the Ann Tender, Swansea. Stating that Thomas Harry was working forward when impressed and Rees Edwards was at the helm where all Masters of vessels would be.
