Folios 270-271: James Slade, HMS Experiment, Falmouth. Reply to letter dated 10 October 1812 in the case of Thomas Kitto. He voluntarily entered on the 3 August 1812 at the Rendezvous at Falmouth.
Folios 272-273: enclosure with folios 270-271. Letter dated 7 October 1812 requesting Thomas Kitto be released from service on HMS Salvador del Mundo signed by Thomas Batten, Penzance.
