Folios 264-265: James Keith Shepard, Regulating Officer, Gravesend. Reply to letter dated 12 October 1812 about the Petition in the case of Angus Emerson. He was impressed on the 22 September 1812 by Lieutenant Petley off Gravesend he was found stowed away in the Ship Frederick from Santa Cruz which left on the 20 July 1812 (not Gibraltar as stated in the Petition).
