Folio 229: Peter Spicer, Regulating Officer, Swansea. Cover letter for enclosure from Lieutenant John Turner in the case of Thomas Harvey.
Folios 230-231: enclosure with folio 229. Letter dated 28 September 1812 on behalf of the owners of the Sloop William and Mary on a trip from Bridgwater to Fishguard when the Master Thomas Harvey was impressed by Lieutenant John Turner. Signed Thomas Peregrine.
Folios 232-233: enclosure with folio 229. Lieutenant John Turner, HM Tender Ann, Swansea. Letter dated 6 October 1812. Report on the impressment of Thomas Harvey alias Thomas Harris.
Folios 234-235: enclosure with folio 229. Statement that Thomas Harvey of the County of Pembroke appointed as Master of the Sloop William and Ann in the Port of Cardigan on the 12 March 1805, dated 24 September 1812. Signed John [Leonard?] for Richard Dickens Company.
