Folio 213: enclosure with folio 212. Orders from Vice Admiral Herbert Sawyer, HMS Africa, Halifax, Nova Scotia. Dated 17 September 1812. To take on board Captain Coore, Aid de Camp to His Excellency Sir George Prevost with Dispatches and mail and take him and the mail/dispatches to Spithead.
