Folios 508-509: James Keith Shepard, Regulating Officer, Gravesend. Encloses an extract from a list of men, with observations, in response to hearing that it may appear to the Admiralty, from reports from the Nore, that due attention is not observed at Gravesend Rendezvous in the regulation of raised men.
Folio 510:enclosure with folios 508-509: Extract from list of men received from Gravesend whose ratings have been amended and reduced when being regulated on board HMS Namur, 21 August 1812 . Nominal list with original rating, amended rating, remarks and observations. Charles Hyde, T McMahon, John James, William Barge and Thomas [Rout?] mentioned.
