Acknowledges receipt of the Admiralty's secret and confdential letter regarding Die Fran Wilhelmina which he is prepared to execute. Lieutenant Arnold, Agent for Prisoners of War and the Officer at the Head of the Aliens Department at Gravesend have also communicated to him their instructions.
