Folios 380-381: John Page, Great Russell Street, London. Writes on behalf of Edward Reynolds Sibly, enclsong a copy of an order from Sir Edward Pellew, Vice Admiral, appointing Sibly to the command of HMS Blossom.
Folio 382: enclosure with folios 380-381. Orders dated 23 June 1812 by Sir Edward Pellew, Vice Admiral, HMS Caledonia, off Toulon, to Edward Reynolds, Commander, HMS Swallow. Copy of Orders appointing Edward Reynolds Selby, Captain of HMS Blossom. Philip Carteret Le Geyt also menioned.
