Folios 346-347: James Slade, HMS Experiment, Falmouth. Acknowledges receipt in the evening's post of dispatches addressed to: Rear Admiral Sir Francis Laforey; Major General Hector William Munro; the Honourable Rear Admiral Sir Arthur Kay Legge at Cadiz; [Rear-Admiral] Manley Dixon and Admiral G Martino, with an order to the Lieutenant commanding HMS Arrow and another addressed to the Lieutenant commanding HMS Dart. Informs that HMS Arrow put to sea at 7.30 pm and HMS Dart at 8 pm with the dispatches. As HMS Dart was two Royal Marines and eleven seamen short of complement, two Marines and six men from the supernumerary list of HMS Experiment were put on board.
