Orders to be issued to Alexander Skene of HMS Minden that on arrival at the Cape of Good Hope to consult with Admiral Sir Robert Stopford or a Senior Office there, as well as the Commissioner, of the propriety of taking on as much wine as the ship can store for the use of the sick in Sir Samuel Hood's squadron.
